This collection consists of a family history written by Theodore Nydahl, a professor of history at Mankato State University. The booklet presents the family history of the Nydahls and the Ryghs, the family of Theodore Nydahl's mother. The two families moved from Norway to America, and subsequently to Minnesota. These moves are described in this volume. The families settled in Goodhue County, Minnesota, and later in Blue Earth County, near Mankato, Minnesota.
